This manual treadmill will allow you to work out at home whenever you want.
The treadmill has a running surface of 93 x 36 cm. By walking forward, you make the belt move. The faster you walk, the faster the belt runs. Its anti-slip running surface is comfortable and safe to walk on. Meanwhile, the included monitor tracks your speed, workout time, running distance and burned calories. Thanks to its folding design, the treadmill does not take up too much space when it is stored. What's more, the feet can be adjusted in height to adjust the angle of the running belt.

Please note that this is a small, non-electrical treadmill, which is most suitable for a walk or a light jog or run. For larger/taller users or more competitive runners it is advised to purchase bigger, electrical treadmills.
