The sturdy frame is constructed of impregnated, pinewood. The solid wooden playhouse is extremely strong, weather-resistant, and durable. Please note that wood is a natural product and can show imperfections. For assembly, a drill is needed. To ensure a sturdy structure, some of the holes are predrilled and others still have to be drilled during assembly.
