This Ubbink PL-S replacement bulb for the AlgClear UVC 2500 provides longer irradiation and makes green water crystal clear!
If all else fails, an ultraviolet (UV) light is sure to work to rid your pond of algae. The UV steriliser utilises a germicidal fluorescent lamp that produces light at a wavelength of approximately 254 nanometers (2537 Angstroms). When the water passes over the bulb and is irradiated at this wavelength, most algae and bacteria are killed.
